The safety of our staff as well as our customers is a top priority, and we remain focused on continuing to service them for as long as it is safe to do so, within UK Government and Public Health England guidelines.

JCI has a contingency plan in place should UK government guidelines change, affecting the workplace. We will have the capability to deliver our services from home. This is to ensure somebody is on hand to assist with enquires and maintain our high service standards.
JCI will continue to operate as normal and deliver within the delivery timescale(s). Should any of our 3rd party delivery services become affected by the current situation, causing delays to delivery, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
If customers are self-isolating or have any vulnerable members of the household, it is important to notify us in advance so we can ensure we are delivering safely.
